Alpha Corporate Finance has acted as financial advisor to the shareholders in Vestfold Audio who sold a majority of their shares to Sensio AS

Sensio Holding AS, a Norwegian software provider for the care tech and smart home markets and a portfolio company of Longship Fund I, has acquired Vestfold Audio AS. Vestfold Audio is a provider of alerting systems for people with hearing impairments and high-quality audio systems for the education sector. Alpha Corporate Finance has acted as financial advisor to the shareholders in Vestfold Audio who sold a majority of their shares in this transaction.

The new group is a leading supplier of welfare technologies to municipalities and the state backed Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration. Combined, the two companies is a top player in the Norwegian care tech market with a broad portfolio of both software solutions and alerting products. Both companies are well positioned for continued growth supplying care technologies to demanding customers in the Nordics and beyond. The two companies jointly have 75 highly skilled employees located in Oslo and Sandefjord.

Sensio continues to be controlled by Longship together with the founders and key employees of both companies.
