SPI manages four global private equity real estate funds based on a proven manager-picking strategy and aggregated equity commitments of EUR 1.5 billion primarily from institutional investors.With the acquisition of SPI, PATRIZIA will further extend its product range with a new global real estate product that can be offered to its German, European and Asian institutional investor base, as well as access to a sought-after institutional client base in Denmark. SPI will become the new global multi-manager division of PATRIZIA based out of Copenhagen and get a new strong owner with a strategic focus on real estate.
