Jochims Transport is a Germany-based supplier of waste management and logistics services catering the needs of clients in the areas of demolition, rehabilitation, civil engineering as well as gardening and landscaping. The company owns more than 70 trailer tippers based at the company’s headquarters in Kerken and two additional locations in Kamp-Lintfort and Bochum.
D+H is a waste management company and operates a plant in Kamp-Lintfort, Germany for the acceptance, processing and recovery of waste and offers its customers extensive waste disposal services.
By combining their business activities, Jochims Transport and D+H offer their customers one-stop access to a full range of services in the areas of delivery, transport, recovery, processing and disposal. Jochims Transport and D+H generate a combined annual turnover of EUR 33m and have around 130 employees.
The transaction will enable EGN to enter into new regional markets and to expand their business.
