Jyoti Structures Limited (“JSL”) is an EPC contracting Company in the power transmission and distribution networks with a global presence across Asia, Africa and North America. JSL has been in the power transmission business for over 3 decades. JSL operates through 5 manufacturing units at Nashik, Raipur, Dubai and Houston with a combined annual manufacturing capacity of 216,160 MT of transmission line towers. As on June 30, 2014, the Company had a consolidated order book of ~INR 43,490 Mn with 55% of orders from domestic operations and 45% from overseas operations. Edelweiss Financial Services acted as sole BRLM in the Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) for Jyoti Structures.
