Raiffeisen Bank International AG, the exclusive Austrian member of Advior International, advised the sellers consisting of BlackRock, Inc. and Renovalia Energy on the sale of 100% of the shares in Pannon Szélerőmű Villamosenergia Termelő és Értékesítő Kft., Hungary-based owner and operator of a 15 MW wind park, to ALTEO Energiaszolgáltató Nyrt., a Hungarian energy services provider and energy producer for an undisclosed consideration. The power plant generated 29.58 GWh of carbon-neutral energy in 2019. With this transaction, Raiffeisen Bank International AG has now advised on the two largest renewable energy M&A transactions in Hungary to date.
