Tempac Group is a company active in industrial and private metalworking and in laser cutting of plates and tubes in relation to the sale to an MBI investor. Tempac was founded in 1983 by Frans Wuyts. At that time, the company was one of the pioneers in Belgium to act as a supplier of laser cutting for manufacturers of metal structures. SDM-Valorum advised the shareholders of Tempac in relation to the sale to an MBI investor.
