NextPool Group manufactures swimming pool equipment in France. It offers pool security covers, pool liners, fitted pool covers, and salt chlorinators. The company was founded in 2004 and is based in Spay, France. Nextpool, designer, manufacturer and pool equipment distributor has been acquired during a MBO ter by Latour Capital Partners – lead – and FIA with a group of managers expanded around Régis Roux. A uni-tranche debt was set up by Idinvest. It finances the operation.
