In 1994, it became a subsidiary of the Lagardère Group.Easybike, the electric bicycles manufacturer, has signed with Matra Manufacturing & Services (Lagardère group) the purchase of its manufacturing and marketing activities of light electric vehicles (bikes, scooters). The transaction involves the business, the whole stock, and is accompanied by a concession contract on the brand Matra for a 10 years period
