General
Advior International or Advior refers to the Members of the leading global network of M&A advisory firms. Each Member firm is a separate and independent legal entity. Advior International itself, does not provide advisory services.
Content usage rights, copyright, trademarks
The web pages, their programming, contents, design and structure are subject to intellectual property rights such as copyrights, trademarks and rights under competition law. Copyright notices and brand-names may neither be modified nor removed. Our web pages, their contents (texts, images, programing) and the layout of the individual web pages may neither be copied, distributed or stored for the purpose of retrieval or online access (inclusion in other websites) in modified or unmodified form, in whole or in part without prior written consent. Only non-commercial, private usage within the limitations of the Copyright Act is permissible. The trademarks and logos displayed on the Advior website are registered and unregistered trademarks of MidCap Alliance CVBA, parties associated to Advior International or the legal entity holding the trade name Advior International, and also third parties. These trademarks are protected by applicable trade mark laws.
Links and liability
Advior International does its outmost to keep the information on the website complete, accurate and up-to-date. However, errors may occur and cannot be excluded completely. Advior International does not accept any liability as to timeliness, accuracy or completeness of the information provided on its website. This also applies to any potential material or non-material damages to third parties, which occurred by using the Advior website.
Links to lower-level web pages and folders (deep links, img links) are only permitted with prior consent from Advior. However, it is possible to link to Advior’s homepage in an appropriate context without separate consent. Advior does not claim ownership to the contents of those third-party websites linked from Advior ‘s website. Advior or the MidCap Alliance CVBA do not accept any responsibility for the contents of linked websites, in particular with respect to modifications to said web pages after the links have been set up.
Notes on E-mail communication
Communication per email has certain disadvantages due to technical reasons. For example, unencrypted email messages sent via the Internet may be read by unauthorized persons (lack of confidentiality) or even changed (lack of integrity). The sender of an email may also be changed (lack of authenticity). Please note when sending emails to MidCap Alliance or any of its representatives, that this form of communication does not guarantee the confidentiality or security of the message. Therefore, decide very carefully which information you want to send us per email.
Please do not send us any unsolicited advertising or any orders per email.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Belgian law shall apply to the use of the Advior International website. Place of jurisdiction shall be Antwerp.
